We Are:
Seeking a Product Manager to join our Telemedicine team, focusing on MSKs product enabling virtual visits. The Product Manager will act as a business analyst on the Agile Scrum team and will contribute to the product management life cycle and building digital solutions in a scaled agile environment.
You Will:
- Support the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and solutions
- Understand and document business and functional needs and how relationships support those needs
- Gather and analyze user feedback, integrate usability studies, and incorporate research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Help to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Assist in defining strategy for future use cases to support the product roadmap
- Carry out product and usability testing in partnership with the Design team, track and analyze success measures for products, measure product performance, and creating documentation contributing to development and acceptance of user stories.
- Support launch and rollout activities including conducting product training, creating product support materials and providing post-launch troubleshooting and support.
You Have:
- Proven experience supporting complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment. SAFe certification a plus
- Experience supporting and executing on product vision, design discussions, and the development of new products & technologies
- Comfortable working with cross-functional team members including engineering and design
- Knowledge of full product life cycle
