RN Director of Clinical Quality Improvement Full-Time Days
Responsible for coordinating the systematic hospital-wide program to monitor quality issues and organizational performance. Responsible for the day-to-day and permanent record keeping of all quality and risk management reports including any patient complaints or expressed concerns. Management of Process Improvement activities designed to improve patient care, quality and compliance with professional, regulatory and governmental standards of care and guidelines. Management and reporting of data to hospital and corporate leaders. Facilitates cooperative and collaborative relationships among departments and with physicians and external agencies to ensure effective patient outcomes. Serves as the Hospital Patient Safety Officer. Qualifications:
