The Nurse (PC, Care Manager) is assigned to the Brookings VA Center. The services that are provided may include primary care, case/care management, and other specialty care. Primary Care is the provision of integrated, accessible healthcare services by clinicians who are accountable for addressing a large majority of personal healthcare needs, developing a sustained partnership with patients, and practicing in the context of family and community. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
