Registered Nurse HUDVASH Case Manager
HUD-VASH is an intensive clinical case management program for chronically homeless Veterans aimed at providing psychosocial services to Veterans who reside in stable housing through the voucher program. The HUD-VASH Program aligns with the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Programs within the VASDHS Social Work Service. Nursing supervision is provided by the Nurse Manager HBPC/Telehealth and program expectations are communicated through the HUD-VASH Social Work Supervisors. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English.
