Registered Nurse Case Manager
The Registered Nurse (Case Manager) with the VA Community Care (VACC) Nursing Service is directly responsible to the VACC Nurse Manager and is responsible and accountable for the coordination of care for a culturally diverse veteran population. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. English Language Proficiency.
