The Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager is responsible to the Nurse Manager for Primary Care Services for the completion of his/her assignments, the quality of work completed, and the display of professional behavior. This person will work collaboratively with all levels of Montana VA Health Care System (MTVAHCS) leadership, personnel, all services with the VA Medical Center, and associated clinics throughout the state. Travel at VA expense may be required. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
