OverviewSt. Luke's Health System in McCall is seeking a Case Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Works as clinician, consultant, educator, and researcher to facilitate collaborative management of patient care. Works closely with physicians, nurses, social workers and a wide range of medical and non-medical professionals.
