Registered Nurse Rehabilitation Case Management
The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is a skilled practitioner with specialized knowledge of the pathophysiology, psychosocial and complex care needs of individuals with rehabilitation needs such as: brain injuries, spinal cord injury and disorders, and visual impairments. The RN provides direct care for veterans with complex medical and surgical needs who are admitted for acute injuries, exacerbation of previous injuries, and pre-operative and post-operative procedures. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
