Registered Nurse - Mental Health Intensive Case Management
Mental Health Intensive Case Management (MHICM) Registered Nurse (RN) assists the veteran in the community to maintain his/her health and mental capabilities by maintaining medication schedules, doing health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and providing IM medication, if appropriate. The MHICM RN provides training to the Veteran to help with routine activities of daily living and systematically evaluates physical and mental health needs and initiates actions for appropriate treatment. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
