The Social Work Primary Care Mental Health Integration Collaborative Care Manager (PCMHI CoCM) works for the Central Virginia VA Health Care System (CVHCS) and is a direct report to the Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) service assigned to the Mental Health Service Line. The Social Work PCMHI CoCM works within the continuum of care under the Primary Care Mental Health Integration Supervisor and is a complimentary adjunct to the interdisciplinary Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). Basic Requirement. Citizenship. Be a citizen of the United States. Education. Have a master's degree in social work from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Graduates of schools of social work that are in candidacy status do not meet this requirement
