The Primary Care Pain Management Registered Nurse Care Manager (Pain RNCM) works with the Addiction Medicine provider; Primary Care and Specialty services to develop and implement comprehensive patient care for adult/geriatric patient population assessing, planning. and evaluating acute and chronic pain management. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met. Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency and accredited by one of the followi
