John J. Pershing VA Medical Center, Poplar Bluff, MO is seeking a Case Manager - Registered Nurse for our Care in the Community Department. The Care in the Community Case Manager - Registered Nurse is a professional who coordinates care for patients throughout the continuum of care who require services not provided within this facility and assure that care is timely, appropriate and of high quality and cost effective. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
