The Outreach and Case Management Supervisor has significant personnel management responsibilities for a professional and non-professional staff. The Outreach and Case Management Supervisor is responsible for the professional and administrative management of Health Care for Homeless Veterans Outreach and Case Management team members. The Outreach and Case Management Supervisor may also provide direct clinical services for Veteran's eligible for Outreach and Case Management services. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
