Additional Information About the RoleICPR = Intensive Community -Based Pscyhiatric RehabilitationRequires traveling throughout the St. Louis city and county to meet with clients in their homes to provide crisis-based therapy services, family therapy, and behavioral based interventions for families, youth, and young adultsThis is a day shift position but requires flexibility to meet with clients after typical work hours and occasionally on weekendsPosition requires worker to be available to answer crisis calls from clients; 7 days a week, 24 hours a dayTeam and supervisor provides coverage when employee is on PTOThere is a maximum case load of five clients.Every client is seen a minimum three times per we
