The incumbent is a social worker whose duties and responsibilities are assigned to the Extended Care & Rehabilitation Service (ECRS) Line for the Veteran Directed Care (VDC). Incumbent provides service for the VDC Program. Incumbent participates in a variety of activities including outreach, interdisciplinary activities, case mix assessments, treatment planning, consultation/education to Medical Center staff and community based service providers and the supervision of students as assigned. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
