The Nurse Manager is designated first-line supervisory authority for assigned nursing personnel. He/she will assume responsibility and accountability for the operations of the Community Based Outpatient Clinic(s), ensure that clinic personnel provide timely patient care which complies with accepted standards of clinical practice. This includes authority to accept, amend, or reject the work of direct reports and other assigned clinic personnel in collaboration with their first line supervisor. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
