This is a Home Based Primary Care (HBPC)/Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) nursing job opportunity in the Geriatrics & Extended Care service line at the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center (HJ Heinz campus). This job opportunity is Ad Hoc- telework eligible but it is not a 100% virtual position. This position requires extensive travel to the patient's home due to the nature of care being provided. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
