Job SummaryInterprets documentation, prepares abstract for submission and submits timely to Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council following the Laboratory and Open Heart data submission requirements.Job DutiesReads, in detail, the content of the medical record needed to abstract the data elements required by the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council.Reviews, corrects, and resolves edits or error messages which result during the data entry process.Participates in 3 data quality checks per year of work performance.Assists in researching and verifying summary data prior to PHC4 publication, as needed.Remains abreast of changes in the PHC4 manuals.Performs imports of demographic, laboratory, and
