The Telemetry RN manages the care of patients requiring cardiac monitoring and more frequent observation than can be provided in the acute care setting. Patients are primarily those with cardiac diseases or heath rhythm disorders, but can also include patients with a variety of diagnosis that may require cardiac monitoring during their treatment and recovery. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
