Oversees Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy operations ensuring quality of patient care, optimal staff performance and effective program administration. Has primary responsibility to coordinate rehab-related program initiatives including staff orientations,scheduling and coverage. Establishes goals and priorities to ensure high patient satisfaction and exceptional clinical outcomes while meeting all regulatory standards. Participates in the development and communication of the department's mission, policies, and goals to meet the organization's short and long term program goals.
