This Marriage and Family Therapist is administratively within the Mental Health Service Line at the VA Central Iowa Health Care System, with assignment to the Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program. Veterans within this program present with a wide range of substance use, mental health, employment, and homelessness challenges. The clinician in this position will provide case management services, psychotherapy, aftercare planning, and post-discharge follow-up. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
