This multi-skilled individual is primarily responsible for patient transport to/from EP Lab. Additional responsibilities include equipment management and optimization of patient flow.
This multi-skilled position is responsible for supporting the EP Team in providing high quality patient care and customer service.
Duties include transporting of patients and equipment, cleaning of procedure rooms and ancillary areas, checking and restocking of supplies.
Assists in lifting and/or transferring patients to and from stretcher/bed to procedure table and preparing patients for procedures.
Performs turnover duties between cases.
Cleans medical equipment between cases.
Ensures that appropriate equipment is placed in rooms in preparation for cases.
Assists with inventory counts and checking supplies for expirations.
Contributes to maximum efficiency of the case schedule by facilitating on-time case starts and efficient, timely turnovers.
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED required
BLS certification required
