If you are located in the state of Washington, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.
Determine the appropriateness of inpatient and outpatient services following evaluation of medical guidelines and benefit determination
Evaluate discharge plan and collaborate with facility case managers to ensure effective and safe discharge
Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
Translate concepts into practice
Act as a resource for others; provide explanations and information on difficult issues

Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
Current, unrestricted RN license required in state of residence
3+ years of total RN experience including clinical experience in an inpatient/acute setting
2+ years of Case Management experience
Demonstrate a proficiency in computer skills - Windows, IM, Excel (Microsoft Suite), Outlook, clinical platforms
Designated work space and access to install secure high speed internet via cable/DSL in home
Certified Case Manager (CCM)
Compact License or willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
Experience in discharge planning
Experience with case management or discharge planning for an insurance company or in a managed care environment
