Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join an established family medicine practice at PMG Bridgeport. You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. A great opportunity to join a supportive, well-connected team in Tigard, one of the largest suburbs of Portland, Oregon.

• Full-time at 1.0 FTE
• Monday to Friday, daytime hours, 4 to 5 days/week schedule
• Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)
• 1-year of post-graduate experience in a primary care setting strongly preferred
