The Quality Manager a key leader in the medical center's transition to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) as an approach to assess and improve the quality of healthcare services. The Quality Manager provides executive leadership and direct supervision for Risk Management, Medical Staff Office, Veteran Affairs Surgical Quality Improvement Program, Safe Patient Handling, Performance Improvement, and Systems Redesign Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
