The MH RRTP (Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Programs) Registered Nurse (RN) functions directly to support the activities of the MH RRTP. The RN is responsible for the planning, integrating, implementing, modifying and evaluating the effectiveness of the Veteran's care.
