JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Vice President, Real Estate, the Director, Real Estate Project Delivery & Integration will oversee the development and administration of major healthcare facilities & campus development projects. The role will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery process, including but not limited to project feasibility analysis, coordinating project delivery (including design and construction services procurement, contract negotiation, design management, cost estimating, budget management, scheduling, work coordination, quality control, and project closeout), and ensuring operational and transition planning prior to, during and after project turnover and occupancy.
