You will assist in the coordination of Care in the Community (CITC) between the VA and outside facilities and physician offices. Contact facilities/offices regarding patient appointments and obtaining medical documentation of care provided. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
