The Nurse Manager demonstrates leadership in delivering and improving holistic care through collaborative strategies with others. The Nurse Manager reports to the Chief Nurse of the assigned area. The Nurse Manager demonstrates leadership in the application of the nursing process to patient care and organizational processes. The focus of the Nurse Managers performance encompasses a combination of clinical, educational, and administrative responsibilities. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
