Leads, facilitates and manages day to day activities of Clinical Documentation Specialists across Bon Secours Charity Health System. The CDMP manager will work in collaboration with the CDMP team of clinicians, coding professionals, physicians, physician's assistants and nurse practitioners to ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in the medical record that supports the coding process in attaining appropriate DRGs based on sound clinical entries in the medical record and reflects the level of service rendered to patients is complete and accurate.
