The licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager holds a state license as a counselor  or social worker (LPC) with experience and demonstrable skills in using evidence-based practices to effectively counsel persons with histories of traums, addiction, depression, anxiety, and co-occuring disorders. The Case Manager is part of a multidisciplinary team providing support, referrals, and resources to survivors of human trafficking. Under the direction of the Residential Manager, the Case Manager is responsible for facilitating survivor care through needs assessments, goal setting, and service linkage. The Case Manager works directly with the Her Song team to ensure all services are trauma-informed, trauma-responsive, pos
