Your day.

As a Remote Sr. Healthy Planet Epic Application Analyst you need to know how to:

• Analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.


• Document workflows, configure and/or build activities, change management adherence, end user notifications, training information and status reporting in the appropriate system.


• Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.


• Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve workflow. Coordinate and link the application within an organization to increase compatibility for information sharing.


• Review and analyze the system and performance indicators to locate problems, and correct errors. Escalate problems and issues to appropriate staff to ensure timely resolution.


• Manage small to medium application projects. Manage projects, schedule and facilitate meetings as necessary to complete assignments.


• Mentor Application Analysts to improve their skills and prepare them for more responsibility. Serve as a technical expert in the assigned applications for users, other team members, vendors and management. Serve as the subject matter expert in the assigned applications for system design and workflow modifications.

Your experience.

 We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required


• Healthy Planet or Case Management Epic Certification / Certification for the area in which you support (in primary application) is required within nine (9) months of date of hire or position transfer, required


• Obtaining additional Proficiency or Certification related to assigned modules may be required based on department's operational need and at manager discretion


• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare, technology or related field, required


• Must have prior EPIC Analyst build experience


• Highly prefer Healthy Planet or Case Management EPIC Certification, will accept Ambulatory or ClinDoc certifications


• Please list EPIC certifications and proficiencies on resume, along with any experience in the following: CMS or Payer Plan quality measures; Regulatory Reporting; Population Health; Case Management or Care Coordination experience
