The Registered Nurse (Wound Care) positions are located in Nursing Service at the West Roxbury, MA and Brockton, MA locations, but will occasionally cover across sites as needed. Positions are full time at 40 hours per week. Duties include but are not limited to: Wound Care Specialist serves as a clinical expert in providing pressure injury prevention strategies, wound care management options and ostomy education and pouching recommendations to a variety of patients resulting in a positive outcome Initiates interdisciplinary projects to improve organizational performance Implements educational plans to meet changing program or service needs Completes quality management reports as required Work Schedule: Monday-Friday,7:30am - 4pm Compressed/Flexible Work Schedule: Not Authorized Telework/
