POSITION SUMMARY: The Employee Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of case management services and counseling, and facilitation of support groups for employees with health related issues. The Employee Behavioral Health Clinician reports to the Director of Behavioral Health and the Director of Human Resources. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work * One year of post MSW social casework * Possession of a valid California license as a Clinical Social Worker * Experience with crisis intervention services and use of case management techniques * Public speaking abili
