Incumbent serves as the Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (MHRRTP) Senior Social Worker, a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team within the MH Service of the WTVAHCS. Incumbent reports directly to the Chief, MHRRTP, primary assignment is the MHRRTP which provides residential treatment with a primary purpose to provide clinical social work services in the MHRRTP. Duties include, but are not limited to: Patient Care Independently planning effective treatment through the provision of a biopsychosocial assessment and developing a treatment plan Assessing and completing an advance directive for assigned patients Using known available resources and initial assessment of the client's readiness for change; making initial and continuing decisions regarding the agen
