ChristianaCare is searching for a Nurse Practitioner to join its talented Supportive and Palliative Care team working at our Cecil Campus in Elkton, MD. The selected candidate will work in the outpatient setting and inpatient consults as needed. This is a M-F position with 4 10 hr shift days. Interested candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be an excellent team player and educator, and committed to continuous learning and personal growth. You will help provide clinical leadership and expertise within the palliative care clinical team and identify opportunities to improve the patient and family experience of care and to improve the effectiveness of resource use.
