Under the direction of the Technical Service Delivery (TSD) Refresh Manager, the TSD Refresh Coordinator ensures quality IT endpoint refresh services are delivered and maintained. In this role, you will coordinate endpoint refresh activities support for UCLA Health and maintain the relationship with UCLA Health Inpatient and Clinic Management. You will maintain and monitor refresh plans and schedule, organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings and document, track and follow up on required actions and decisions from meetings. You will prepare presentation materials for meetings, ensure compliance with refresh SLAs, provide administrative support as needed, and undertake additional tasks as required. Additionally, you will ensure all refresh documentation is maintained appropriately, coordinate internal and external resources, participate in cross-team collaboration, integrate workflows, create process and standards documentation, and coordinate and manage ad hoc TSD refresh projects.
Refresh will be scheduled up to 4 days a week across UCLA Health. Work hours include early mornings and weekends (predominantly Sundays), as required.
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent years of relevant job experience
3+ years' experience in Information Technology or related field, with significant hands-on & program leadership experience
Strong understanding of project management and project management tools
Strong understanding of major technical operations and delivery domains
Strong understanding of fundamental ITIL/Service Management practices and processes
Strong understanding of asset management processes and toolsets, including CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Understanding of healthcare provider environment preferred
Experience in developing strategies, prioritized roadmaps, and implementation plans
Ability to identify, evaluate, classify, and organize IT operational risks and develop corresponding remediation plans, also developing same with operational owners and for leadership review and approval
Strong skillset in process development and redesign, including development, audit, and revision of standard operating procedures and any required updates to related policies
Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables
Expert usage of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Solid financial skills, including business case development with recommendations
