Memorialcare is looking for a temporary recruiter for an approximately six month assignment
Recruiter is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies for a variety of positions. Manages a requisition case load and ensures requisitions are posted internally and via external social media sites accurately. Review job applicant resumes and applications and screens candidates for the basic qualifications required for the position. Contacts candidates over the phone and in person for interviews. Collaborates with the hiring manager to review and deliver job offers, conduct reference checks and other assessments as required. Working within the applicant tracking system, ensures candidates are dispositioned accurately and jobs are filled in a timely manner. Conducts training with hiring managers on the use of the applicant system and assists them to make the process smooth and provides excellent customer service.
Develop recruitment strategies for various types of positions to attract qualified candidates.
Post jobs on internal and external websites and ensure postings are accurate.
Source candidates directly, screen and interview candidates and extend job offers.
Updates the applicant tracking system to ensure proper disposition of candidates.
