Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a Part Time 0.4 FTE Human Resources Coordinator to join our WPMG HQ team in Renton, Washington.
The HR Coordinator is a front-line member of the Human Resources team that supports various HR systems and processes. The role partners and supports members of the HR team, as needed. Additional responsibilities may include tracking, reporting, and other administrative support for Policy Workgroup Committee and Human Resources Operations Committee. The HR Coordinator also provides project assistance, accommodation case work support, provides support for various HR inboxes.
HR Processes * HR reporting and tracking support for Policy Workgroup and Human Resources Operations Committees as needed. * Attends Policy Workgroup meeting to document minutes, track policy changes, and policy updates as policies are submitted to the Board for review. * Intranet updates and maintenance, as needed * Support HR inboxes and inquiries * Provide support for accommodation case work and processes, may process less complex, and more routine requests.
Teamwork and Collaboration * Work in partnership to implement department initiatives, policies, practices, and department work plans. * Work with other departments to promote chief training, leadership development and change management. * Partner with legal counsel as needed. * Work closely with Senior HR Business Partners to provide performance management support
Miscellaneous * Ad hoc project management of periodic, long- or short-term assignments * Other duties as assigned * Provide back-up to other team members
