The Social Worker, Patient Aligned Care (PACT), is assigned to the PACT for the Cheyenne VA Healthcare System providing comprehensive social work services to Veterans receiving outpatient services, and may include Ambulatory/Primary Care, Urgent/Emergency Care, Specialty Care, or Community Care.
