RECRUITMENT/RETENTION/RELOCATION INCENTIVES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED The Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) Social Worker serves as the Mental Health therapist - located in Primary Care - with an emphasis on integration of mental health services within Primary Care. The social worker will provide diagnosis, psychosocial treatment, case management, advocacy, & treatment planning; therapy services will be given utilizing evidence-based treatment models consistent with the PCMHI.
