Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a Full Time 1.0 FTE Human Resources Coordinator to join our WPMG HQ team in Renton, Washington.
The HR Coordinator is a front-line member of the Human Resources team who supports the Sr. Program Administrator with the talent management system and processes. This role partners and supports members of the HR team. Additional responsibilities include HR reporting and tracking, project assistance, accommodation case work support, manage and provide support for various HR inboxes, and facilitating the I-9 audit and process development.
Talent Management * Talent management system administration support * Assists with planning and supporting talent management processes (reviews, goal planning, IDP, etc.) * Employee file support; collecting documentation, maintain, organize and update talent and employee documentation * Provides support for talent management system's setting, employee data, reporting, task reminders, etc. * Support talent materials/guides for staff members, as needed * Facilitate any Ad Hoc requests
HR Processes * Work in partnership to assist with PA delegation agreements and provide project support * HR reporting and tracking support * Intranet updates and maintenance, as needed * Support HR inboxes and inquiries * Partner with the recruiting department to ensure I-9 accuracy, appropriate filing, and perform audit of documents as needed. * Provide support for accommodation case work and processes, may process less complex, and more routine requests
Teamwork and Collaboration * Develop effective working relationships with clinical leadership and clinical operations managers to support business objectives * Work in partnership to implement department initiatives, policies, practices, and department work plans * Work with other departments to promote chief training, leadership development and change management * Partner with legal counsel as needed * Work closely with Senior HR Business Partners to provide performance management support
Miscellaneous * Ad hoc project management of periodic, long- or short-term assignments * Other duties as assigned * Provide back-up to other team members
