The Synergy Organization is proud to have been retained by MedStar Health to conduct the national search for their Director of Case Management – MedStar Union Memorial Hospital and MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital, both centrally located in Baltimore, Maryland.
The Director of Case Management will enjoy providing oversight and guidance in the areas of Utilization, Case Management, and Discharge Planning for the two hospital locations, and will serve as a leader, mentor and trusted advisor to associates and medical staff regarding best practices in patient management.

The successful candidate will bring a passion for quality patient care, a high level of professionalism, exceptional communication and organizational skills and at least 3 years of healthcare leadership experience in Case Management. Deep experience in program development and evaluation is required, along with a deep knowledge of regulatory standards and laws. A Masters Degree in a related field is required. Candidates with a Registered Nursing License are preferred.
