As a Medical Sales Account Manager (a.k.a. Territory Manager) with Coram/CVS specialty infusion services, you will call on physicians, nurses, case managers, discharge planners and other healthcare professionals in hospital, office and clinic settings to facilitate patient discharge and coordinate patient care. You will interact directly using your excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key partners, patients and their families. The Territory Manager plays an instrumental role in making a real difference by improving the quality of life for patients in need. In this role you will visit medical facilities in the greater Birmingham and surrounding areas. The select facilities to be called upon but not limited to are: University of Alabama, VA and Vidant system. As a Territory Manager you will... * Develop and execute strategic plans to grow infusion business in key accounts. * Meet a defined market infusion revenue budget by servicing and growing existing business. * Assist the market manager in growing infusion therapy business through accurate business projections, goals, specific strategies and pertinent account information. * Work closely with clinical branch personnel to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with the goal of delivering the best service possible to patients receiving these critical therapies in the comfort of their homes. Required Qualifications:* Registered Nurse with current license in state of Alabama. Additional licensure may be required in multi state service areas * Minimum three years clinical (RN) nursing with at least one year hi tech IV infusion experience * Have and maintain current CPR certification. * Possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance * Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word Preferred Qualifications:* Previous experience selling hospital or healthcare services or discharge planning, patient care coordination highly preferred * Established clinical relationships in the medical facilities to be called upon * Prior experience using Salesforce * Home healthcare experience * Familiarity with specialty pharmacy services * CRNI certification
