This position is responsible to conduct assessment related activities within the Office of Curriculum Development and Assessment (OCDA) including statistical analysis and support for medical education research activities.
This position is required to conduct business in a professional and cordial manner that will uphold the integrity and reputation of Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine (GCSOM). This position maintains a thorough working knowledge of and adheres to the policies, regulations, and procedures of GCSOM.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING
Master’s in mathematics, education, higher education administration required (PhD preferred).
3 - 5 years higher education administration experience with experience in statistical analysis, assessment, evaluation, and curriculum is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and SPSS or SAS is required.
High level of comfort with complex statistical analysis both qualitative and quantitative.
Experience with curriculum and assessment at the post-secondary level is preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Position may involve driving as required based on organizational structure.
