The Manager of Care Management is responsible for the oversight, planning, direction and coordination of services of the Care Management Department which includes utilization management, clinical coordination and discharge planning for assigned clinical areas. Responsibilities include staffing, training, performance management, compliance and fiscal management of departmental assets, and implementing and evaluating quality improvement plans including but not limited to work process standards and performance goals to ensure optimal service delivery and patient care in Care Management.

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in utilization review and discharge planning required, with previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
Must maintain a current Registered Nurse license issued by the WA Department of Health.
Completion of BSN degree strongly preferred.
