Arbour Senior Care is currently seeking an experienced Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to work out of their nursing facilities in the Greater Barrington, MA area. Administrative staff provide all billing services.
Applicants should possess expertise in consultation with individuals who need emotional, psychological, and behavioral support. Including Medication Administration. Individual therapists will work collaboratively with the nurse to provide comprehensive approaches to patients' needs.Â Â Flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance.
CLINICAL SERVICES:Â To provide diagnostic and mental health services, Arbour SeniorCare utilizes an integrated multidisciplinary approach. Our team is composed of Geriatric Psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Nurses including Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Nurse Specialists, Licensed Psychologists, Masterâ€™s Level Social Workers, and a Neurobehavioral Specialist.
A Regional Manager oversees the relationship with the extended care facilityâ€™s staff. This professional is responsible for the development and clinical direction of services as well as ensuring the absolute best customer service and care available. Consultations typically take place during the daytime hours, Monday through Friday, to assure appropriate communication between Arbour SeniorCare and facility staff.
Specific clinical services provided include:Â â€¢ Diagnostic Services â€" Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment and Neuropsychological Testing â€¢ Individual, Group, and Family Psychotherapy â€¢ Psychopharmacological Evaluation â€¢ Behavioral Management Planning and Case Consultation â€¢ AIMS Testing â€¢ Competency Evaluations â€¢ Neurological Evaluations â€¢ Telephone access available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to emergency calls â€¢ Facility staff support including education and training
