You bring your body, mind, heart and spirit to your work as a Nurse Manager. We offer incentives of up to $9,000 for your commitment.
Your strategic vision is tangible: whether your staff member is a new grad or a seasoned professional, they feel it in your leadership, support and empathy.
You know when to intervene and when to let resolution work itself out. When to coach or counsel. When to have the crucial conversation.
You’re great at what you do, but you want to be part of something even greater. Because you believe that while individuals can be strong, the right team with the right leader is invincible.
St. Vincent Healthcare is part of SCL Health, a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization that focuses on person-centered care. Our 286-bed level II trauma center has provided care in Montana and the surrounding area since 1898, and our 30-clinic network ensures community needs are met. We offer comprehensive, specialty care, and are proud to extend SCL Health’s missions by treating the poor, the vulnerable, our community and each other.
Our goal is have our GI Diagnostics Lab identified as a Center of Excellence, and want a manager who can assist in bringing us to that level. This nurse leader will also play a crucial role in creating and maintaining positive collaborative partnerships with our MDs and anesthesiologists. We are seeking a nurse manager who has the skills and abilities to understand, plan and execute stretch and targeted goals in this area. We have many exciting regional initiatives in the works including more concentrated specialty services and telemedicine.
Our team is second to none, and we work well together. We average 30 cases per day in the GI Diagnostic Lab. Our specialized nurses come from areas like ICU, PACU and ED. We are a close family group who work side by side with physicians and peers. The RN’s are cross trained to do prep/recovery of the patient, circulate in procedures and function in the Endo Tech role; including prepping and cleaning our Olympus scopes. They administer/monitor conscious sedation, and partner with anesthesia when needed. Staff rotates to our outpatient area, and also travels within the hospital for cases in Radiology, ED or ICU as needed.
Benefits are one of the ways we encourage health for you and your family. Our generous package includes medical, dental and vision coverage. But health is more than a well-working body: it encompasses body, mind and social well-being. To that end, we’ve launched a Healthy Living program to address your holistic health. Healthy Living includes financial incentives, digital tools, tobacco cessation, classes, counseling and paid time off. We also offer financial wellness tools and retirement planning.
Together we’ll align mission and careers, values and workplace. We’ll honor each other’s dignity and surpass the standards we set. We’ll encourage joy, demand safety and take pride in our integrity.
We’ll laugh at each other’s jokes (even the bad ones). We’ll hello and high five.
We’ll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value of spirituality in healing.
We’re proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn. And instead of placing blame we’ll learn and grow together.
As a Nurse Manager, you know that every day is different, which is why you need to know how to:
