Position Summary: The Nurse Manager of Rehabilitation Services administers, analyzes and appraises the care given to patients within the Department. This individual also advises the Department Director regarding the status of patient care, budgetary projections, and quality improvement processes. They estimate and anticipate the future needs of the Department to improve the quality of patient care in accordance with the philosophy, goals, objectives and mission of Fort Walton Beach Medical Center.
Associate’s Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN required
Current FL Nursing license required
Current BLS certification through AHA required upon hire
Acute care experience required; management experience preferred
